• All items sold by MAYORESELLS are 100% authentic.
• Each product listing includes condition (New, VNDS, Used, etc.) and box status (OG, OG dmg, replacement, or none).
• Photos and descriptions are accurate to the best of our ability — please review carefully before purchasing.

• All prices are in U.S. Dollars (USD).
  
• Prices may change without notice.
  
• Sales tax (if applicable) is added at checkout.
  
• Accepted payments: Zelle, Cash, Apple Pay (for local meetups), and card payments for online orders.
  

• All sales are final. No returns, refunds, or exchanges under any circumstances.
  
• By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this strict no-return, no-refund policy.
  

• Orders are shipped via trusted carriers (UPS, USPS, FedEx).
• Risk of loss transfers to the buyer once the package is accepted by the carrier.
• MAYORESELLS is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once handed to the carrier.
• If you want extra protection, ask about shipping insurance before checkout.

• For in-person transactions, buyers have the opportunity to inspect items before payment.
• Once inspected and paid for, the item is sold “as-is” with no possibility of return or refund.

• These Terms are governed by New York law.
• Any disputes must be handled individually in New York courts (small claims available where applicable).
• Please email mayoresells@gmail.com before taking any legal action so we can try to resolve the issue informally.

• To the fullest extent allowed by law, MAYORESELLS’ liability is limited to the amount you paid for the item.
• This does not exclude liability where the law does not allow limitations.

• All MAYORESELLS photos, logos, and content are our property.
• They may not be copied, distributed, or used without permission.

• We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
